    How to Use 

    The glued surface should be polished with sandpaper to keep it clean and oil-free. After mixing thoroughly in the ratio of A: B=1:1, it should be applied to the glued surface. It should be initially positioned at room temperature for 3-6 hours, reaching 70% strength in 20 hours, and reaching 100% strength after 48 hours. Shear strength>20MPa (200Kg/cm). Can be used in an environment of -60~200℃.

    Unbelievable Results

    My Grandchildrens slide that attaches to the tree house/climbing Frame is secured by two screws.

    The holes were broken as the tree house/climbing frame was moved with the slide still attached when we were having work done in the garden.

    The slide was cracked and broken at the two hole securing sites. Even using two bigger screws would not of made it secure enough and the slide would be unsafe.

    I seen that "AB Casting Repair Glue" cannot be drilled once set, so using a drinking straw, I used this cut in two to replicate the screw holes and took my time using the "AB Casting Repair Glue" to adhere to the slide and remoulded the screw holes and applied "AB Casting Repair Glue" to ensure the cracks and breakages on the slide was heavily remoulded and applied to the slide and I took time carefully to build up the repairs to the slide.

    Bare in mind the "AB Casting Repair Glue" cost at least a 1/15 of the price of a new slide the end result was fantastic. I was able to use thicker screws and the slide was attached to the tree house/climbing frame better than it originally did.

    Remember to use gloves when using this product and carefully plan how you are going to use the "AB Casting Repair Glue" so you get maximum results from the use of the "AB Casting Repair Glue".

    I was able to use the "AB Casting Repair Glue" as it was 'setting' to mould it to the shape required and for maximum affect and covering the underneath of the slide where the cracks were expanding to inorder to prevent any more spreading.

    Remember use excessive amounts as a thin layer is not going to make a difference, use a minimum of a couple of millimetres of "AB Casting Repair Glue" to maximise the use and effect of using it.

    The end result was I have two very happy Grandchildren with a resulted 10/10 from the product use.
