This semi-automatic air conditioning pipe processing tool helps you quickly and easily avoid human errors. The ST-E900A flaring tool, in combination with the associated clamping jaws, is ideal for diameters of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" of soft copper (i.e., air conditioning equipment). The clamping jaws are equipped with a fixed depth stop, ensuring you always achieve the perfect flare with this electric flaring machine, preventing leaks in the cooling system.

The set comes with a battery and a battery charger in a case, and the machine is also equipped with an LED indicator to easily see if the battery has enough power for the next operation.

How to use electric flaring tool:
Clamp the air conditioning pipe of the correct diameter (1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4") in the corresponding clamping jaw. The depth stop ensures the pipe is positioned at the correct depth. Tighten the pipe with the clamping jaw by tightening the large (silver) handle. Once you are sure everything is properly mounted on the Super Stars ST-E900, press the button (located in the middle of the silver handle). The machine will then automatically create the perfect connection!
The clamping jaws for different diameters can be changed with a single action.
The machine has a separate on/off button.
The start button is secured so it can only be activated after tightening a clamping jaw.
