Working Principle:
When any room needs to be heated, the thermostat of the corresponding room will input a signal to this product, the corresponding actuator is turned on and the indicator is on;when any thermostats has no signal input, the corresponding actuator is turned off and the indicator is off. When any thermostats has signal input, after a preset delay time, the linkage output of water pump (with power linkage) and boiler (without power linkage) is on, and the corresponding linkage indicator is on; when all thermostats have no signal input, the linkage output of water pump and boiler is off, and the corresponding linkage indicator is off.
Description:
CCT-25/28 equipment is used for the centralized processing of floor heating thermostat signals, and transmits instructions to control the opening/closing of the floor heating electric valve and performs zone temperature control.
At the same time controlling the electric valve, it can control the boiler and the external water pump.
Difference between CCT-25 & CCT-28:
CCT-28 is a 8-channel ,has 8 zone valves, each of which can be connected to 1 water heating temperature controller and 3 normally closed actuators.
CCT-25 is a 5-channel ,has 5 zone valves, each of which can be connected to 1 water heating temperature controller and 3 normally closed actuators.
CCT-28/25 can simultaneously control the temperature of 8/5 rooms.
Wiring diagram:
CCT-25/28 can only be connected to water heating thermostats and NC actuators, as well as boilers and pumps.
Each output corresponds to an indicator light.
This product is only suitable for normally closed actuators. The
normally open actuator may work abnormally.
